How does it work?
1. Sign up for Kai Box.
2. We grow and pack.
3. You pick up or we deliver.
Each week us growers harvest your vegetables, pack them into a box, and you either pick it up or we deliver to your door.
Pick-up points are Hāti Nati (Ruatorea) or Tiki RSA on a regular day and time to be advised.
When you sign up for the program you become an important part of our efforts toward generating grower and kai resilience for our region and a new food system that works better for us.

We supply fresh, healthy vegetables to Te Tairāwhiti through a seasonal vegetable box subscription.
What we do.
Nāti Kai is a new kaupapa set up by Te Tairāwhiti Growers Collective and Hikurangi Enterprises. This not-for-profit service has been established to develop kai sovereignty for the hapu of the Waiapu valley. Our goal is to provide community with local supply of good quality kai and to manaaki the people of Te Tairāwhiti.
What you get.
Our TGC work to grow good quality seasonal vegetables. These vegetables are available each week and can change seasonally dependent on weather, growing conditions, and demand. When you sign-up for Nāti Kai you will then be directly involved and invested in the local growing programme.
