Box contents will change each week depending on what is ready and are based on a weekly staple of microgreens and lettuce as well as a changing mix of seasonal produce such as tomatoes, capsicums, puha, watercress, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beetroot, silverbeet, spinach, kale, bok choi, chinese cabbage, kamokamo, green beans, potatoes, kumara, onions and herbs like coriander, spring onions, chives and basil. We may introduce you to the odd new vegetable too, with cooking ideas.
